Service-Based Engagements
Because our services (strategy, campaigns, creative, development) involve real time and resource investment from the moment work begins, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis as defined in your individual service agreement.
Cancellations
Clients may request cancellation of ongoing retainers with written notice per the notice period defined in their agreement. Work completed up to the cancellation date is billable.
